Then says he’s calling regarding an error on our credit card billing account so i hung up. Then he called back with an attitude (very hostile) telling me I am very unprofessional, I am missing out and that next time there’s an error on my account. I cut him off and said this is a fraudulent call. He tried to get loud and talk over me saying it’s not and i said yes it is if it’s not then what account is it for.
