Sanelius describes its ring as a “CE-certified Class I medical device,” made with medical-grade or body-safe silicone. It also repeatedly states that more than 45,000 men use the product. The website claims a 4.7/5 rating and includes testimonials labelled as verified purchases.
During our open-web investigation, however, we did not find strong independent documentation confirming the 45,000-customer figure or the advertised 4.7/5 average. Searches for independent CE documentation also primarily led back to Sanelius’s own pages rather than an independently verifiable certification record. That does not prove the claim is false; it simply means the claim should currently be treated as seller-provided information.
