Unfortunately, I can only advise against placing an order through the site http://www.cashmeretribe.com. Apparently, the company is located in the UK (according to the imprint). So I risked an order. Shortly afterwards, I was surprised to receive a shipping confirmation from the USA. Actually, I wanted to have the tops in the short term. In the end it took many weeks. The quality I then received was lousy. The clothes did not fit, the material was like plastic / synthetic and had nothing to do with the quality that the pictures promised. So I complained. They asked me for the item numbers even though I provided the order number. I provided every info that was needed. In the end they told me I could not return anything. They also had the gall to ask me if I could just pass it on. I stressed several times that this was all no option for me and that I wanted my money back, and to send the items back. I was then offered a ridiculous voucher about the amount of 6 (!) USD, I had spent over 130 EUR. Any return was refused and I was only offered ridiculously low vouchers. By the way, a company in CHINA has debited me. All this is maximum unserious, with poor quality. Not recommended if you do not want to do business with China and if quality is important for you!
This company is a total SCAM!!! I ordered the pink Christmas sweater in November. 1st.. they were only supposed to charge my card 34 dollars, but when I checked my bank account they charged 42.70 to my card. Then when I sent them a message (due to no phone # to call) saying that I wanted to cancel my order & that I wanted a refund & the reason why, I never heard from them on that matter. I quickly got an email stating that my order had shipped in the same day that I ordered & a tracking # too. Every few days I’d get an email with an update of where my package was. On December 9th they sent me an update saying that my package was in Idaho. That was the last email that I got from them & the package still says that it’s in Idaho… no movement since then & I noticed that the company name has changed too & they offer a way to speak to them, but I can’t get in touch with them because you can’t click on the link they say to use. I got in touch with.my bank & they reversed the charges, but this company disputed it & so my bank gave the money back to them. . They won’t talk to you if you try to get in touch with them, but are VERY QUICK to get the money they stole from me!!!
Total scam fake website, fake tracking system. They took my money, in July, and the fake tracking system has been saying the same for months. I have emailed them 14 times which refere me to another website. They use same website but under different names. Do not order from any of them.
