I bought a fan for my daughter under the assumption that it would only be a few days to get here but it still has not came. There is always something..they took my money and never gave it back or the fan. Big Scam!
Made a purchase on July 17th and on July 26th, when I hadn’t received any feedback from them, (Order conformation, shipping conformation, tracking #, etc.,) I tried to call them @ the contact # posted on the web sight but the # did not work. I then sent them an email @ the contact info. shown on the sight only to have it returned to me as (undeliverable). So my determination is that it’s a scam sight. You make your own determination.
I made an order on August 7, 2022 and never received any thing. They haven’t tried to reach me. I haven’t been able to reach them. They phone # doesn’t work and they email is a joke and I’m out of my money. Scam!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE OTIGEC.COM!!!
I never received my product. Tried to contact online and the site had been pulled down. I will probably never even receive an I’m sorry letter from them.
I ordered a box fan with my credit card. When I went to contact them the email came back as no such email and when I called the phone number did not work. I’m working with my bank now. I know that this is a SCAM! please do not use them! I’ve never recieved my product, I cannot get any correspondence to them to speak about my order. I’ve reached out to BBB, now this site and my bank is next! Good Luck to all! Be safe!
