Ripoff, total Ripoff. They say they shipped my purchase to Redmond Washington when I live in San Francisco california. When I pointed that out to them their response to me was their team says it was delivered I should contact the post office and find out why it went someplace else. These people are scams nothing else and if you’re crazy like me and you buy something from them you’ll pay like I did out the nose for nothing. I also do not believe they’re in Colorado everything that I saw came from china.

Scam. I purchased 2 modoking xxlg air mattresses from their website. The website shows a shipping address in Colorado Springs Colorado. The address doesn’t exist. There phone number is an answering machine in Los Angeles. The items actually ship from China. If i had known that i wouldnt have purchsed it bc everytime something i order comes from China i never recieve it. Either there postal system steals the package or it goes to the wrong address. On my confirmation order it showed my correct address. I live in Florida but my package was shipped to New Bedford Massachusetts. I contacted the post office there and they looked up the package number and said that it had a completely different address than mine. So far my emails to the website go unanswered. It’s a complete scam.
REally nervous reading this. I knew the price was too good to be true. As Rick said – says “shipped” but link with tracking info is empty. Have yet to receive product.
It’s a scam. They will eventually upload some shipping information but it will be sent to the wrong address. You will never recieve what you purchased. Everyone is reporting the same experience. They intentionally ship to the wrong address and then just string you along to make you think there helping you but there not. This is mail fraud but not a lot anyone can do bc there not located in Colorado Springs. That’s just a fake address to make you think it’s being sent from the US. Their actually in China so hard to prosecute.

I ordered 2 beach chairs. When they didn’t answer my email questions, i called the number listed. It was out of service. Then i got a notice that the item was in transit. The USPS sent me emails verifying that. Then i got an email saying it was delivered to a mailbox in Jacksonville, hundreds of miles away. I just filed a query complaint with the USPS. Waiting for a response.

Fake website. Purchased something from them. They charged my card immediately but never provided a receipt and never delivered the item. They communicated with me multiple times and pretended they delivered it to another address but the whole thing was a scam. Would never tell me the address they have for me on file. Don’t do business with this website. It’s just another fraudulently run site out of China.
