These people claiming to be Bradford & Associates, called by a woman named Maria Garcia – called me at my WORK phone number to ‘talk’ about a Sprint bill I haven’t had in my name for years. They had information such as previous addresses, the last 4 of my SSN, etc. Be careful because they are just phishing for info. When I tried to call them back, they wouldn’t give me any information. These people are CROOKS!”
“Couldn’t understand 1/2 of what the caller said. Something about serving me with a summons and that I was on a recorded line. Gave me this phone number to call and said if I didn’t a bench warrant would be issued for me. Said they knew my work address and would serve me there. I said ok. She got nasty and said someone would be there in an hour. An hour has come and gone and no server in sight. This is so messed up!”

“Called twice and left one message. He said his name was Mike Harris and is a processor. He said they will attempt to serve me documents about a lien being placed. He provided my full name and address, along with the county. He provided a “case number”. I pulled docket sheets to be sure and there is nothing. My credit has been paused/locked for years and I have no accounts in bad standing/collections. Everything is current and in good standing. These people are the worst of the worst and are going to scam/scare so many people”.

Called me and said I will be served a summons for failure to pay a old student loan, unless I agreed to set up a payment agreement my wages would be garnished and a lien placed on my car. Luckily, I knew the statute of limitation had passed and I paid off my student loans back in 2013. Please be aware they have personal information which makes them sound very convincing. They’re going to take advantage of alot of people unless you are smart about the situation.
