People commented about this number- “I just received call from “Amanda” with “GP Services” as a mediation group for debt collectors. I was told I have unpaid loan from 2015 of $500 – as cash lender supposedly loaned me that amount. Now a balance of $1,279 is due with late fees & interest from 2015 ACCRUED. I never received correspondence to having made any loan deals. She suggested I pay $189 today to her company to settle portion of the debt. Then she would file a “fraud” report which she said if I paid this, she would do me a favor and respond to the lender/company that we agreed to no further actions and to prevent me from being served papers to go to court. When I asked for information of the so-called lender, she couldn’t give me any names, address etc so I could contact them directly. Big FLAG and I told her I would not agree to anything without understanding who, what, when or where this originated. She simply said the company is a cash lending group nationwide. I’m not that stupid to fall for this.”
