I called, gave them the reference number, and asked for the name on the policy. They didn’t know. Claimed they were just the messengers for my policy holder (not hardly, since I have health insurance through my employer) and that they needed to re-enroll me, but before they did, would it be ok for them to shop me a better coverage plan?
