Alaska Wind is a true scam. They tried the classic bait and switch – showing large, full wreaths on their website, but sending 10″ cheap plastic wreaths when purchased. They do not give a return address nor a packing slip with the shipment nor on their website. When emailed requesting a return address, they said they “don’t recommend returning because our plant is in China and it will be very expensive” even though their websites boasts of “free returns.” They would not refund my money. I only received a refund by placing a PayPal dispute. Do not buy from these cheats!
Me too bought two wreaths & they were sent to family what and embarrassment. Don’t trust their products not what is advertised. 😡 They took my side by side pictures down off of Facebook that proved are a scam!
