Don’t order from apetropics. They sent me more than I ordered an charged me for 6 bottles but sent me 16 bottles. They offered me 35% off the 6 bottles they charged me for We took the deal. I was afraid I would not get credit for the 400.00$ I was charged for. I ordered only 2 bottles. They charged me different prices for the 6 bottles I was charged for. I don’t think it works at all.
So glad I checked this one out first and thanks for posting, there’s no telling how many people have already ordered this in the short amount of time it’s been listed as a site, it just randomly popped up on my feed and of course I started reading it and it sounded wonderful so there I go to order some, then something said wait look at reviews & the first article at the top says it’s a scam and to beware, then I saw your post, so I am truly grateful that I didn’t order first then ask questions later like I’ve done countless times over the years.

It would be that my conclusion is: no difference in my pain and discomfort level or mood change. It was a trial to see if it was helpful. Therefore this was only a waste of my funds. Nothing gained just money lost.

I was charged for and received one bottle of ONE CHEWS very promptly in August. I liked the product and the back pain relief it provided, and placed another order on 9/1, this time for substantially more. That order has languished. Numerous communications promised things like “shipment at the end of next week”, but those days never came. Emails and phone calls followed, with a promise by Customer Service to rebate me about 8% of my order for the delay. The refund has not showed up. While customer service was polite, that was the only positive I can give on my current sizeable order. Their lack of shipping is highly suspicious, since I asked for and authorized split orders or substitutions. I am really disappointed, since their product sample was great and I would have done substantial business with them.
I bought a trial bottle and without my knowledge was put on a monthly subscription plan. I called a number I found and the guy was unprofessional and frankly spooky. Long pauses with out speaking, not identifying himself and was phishing for information. Luckily I paid via PayPal and I am receiving a full refund from them. The product produced no measurable results. Do not do business’ with these people.

The same thing happened to me. Got a free bottle and paid S&H. I was suppose to have 30-days to try it, which has not even come to an end yet, but I got an email saying Your Replenishment in the subject line. I replied to the email, that I didn’t agree to an auto shipment and to not to send me any products. I was unhappy with the product, plus it had such a bad after taste, so I was not satisfied and was not going to order anything. Never got a reply from them. Then I got an email from my bank today saying there is a order from them an in the processing stage. I called Apetropics Customer Service to only find out that they take your phone number and have someone to call you back. Turns out the person who calls you works for several different companies and is not a real CS agent for Apetropic. They said my product has already been shipped and that I have to return it. Based on what I have read, I will be lucky if it even arrives for me to return it. Thank God I have a good Bank and once I call them tomorrow, they will cancel this order right away. So people out there, Be Ware about Apetropic and don’t do business with them as you will never get to talk to a real person who works for them. They use people who work for other companies as they CS and all they do is place an order or cancel an order, but they can not cancel something that is already scheduled. If you try to ask questions outside of what they ask you, they will disconnect from you and hang up as they did on me. BUYERS BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Scammers. They keep charging and sending me bottles. I sent a bottle back for credit and they never credited me back, now today I find out they charged me again and I got a new bottle in the mail. They don’t listen and they don’t seem to follow directions. Also, I never ordered in the first place, I filled out the info then backed out but it went through they got my info and sent a free bottle. Then the charges and bottles came, I called and explained I didn’t want them and here we are today two months later and I’m still getting bottles and charges I didn’t want or ask for. What happened to the bottle I sent back? What happened to my credit? Why am I still receiving them when the customer service guy assured me my order was cancelled. Scam scam scam. Guess they want to wear you down. Dont order anything from them.
I wish these warnings existed when I first vetted Apetropics before I ordered. In May 2022 I took their free sample and 2 other items. I knew in less than 2 weeks the products didn’t work for me. All attempts to reach cs went to vm. I never got a call back, nor did orders stop. I refused acceptance of all future packages but never got refund. I had to cancel my card to make orders and billing stop. $368 later, well it’s just money. Guess I need to up my vetting skills. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
I am getting the EXACT same runaround. Charged my Credit Card, Told me that it would ship a week ago. Now saying that they are busy and won’t be until end of this sweek maybe beginning of next week. I think that I was scammed! Wish I saw these reviews sooner.
And .. I noticed that the price listed for the total amount paid for each “deal” was the price of the bottles that you are going to buy PLUS the amount of the “free” bottles! Making the “free” bottles not free at all!
