Scam. I ordered 2 months ago. Finally got a response saying it was lost in shipping. Did not offer a refund. Said they would reship if available. Gave me a 15% discount on future orders by following this link. It leads to a ladies lingerie site.
Never received my hoodie
I received my hoodie.. After less than 4 weeks, the side string broke. I was walking down the street, a car splashed me , and the right side was wet through the shirt underneath! It is so not waterproof, or constructed well. I emailed them and was told 24-48; hours for an response! I have my bank in on this. I cannot afford to pay for an overstated, Hoodia, that breaks and is so not waterproof! Cleveland Ohio
I have been waiting almost 7 weeks and have not seen my hoodie. Request a refund twice and never get an answer.
I’ve requested a refund several times, too, and they’ve totally disregarded every request!
You can’t contact this company by phone. When I left a review on Trust Pilot, “[email protected]” responded to the review asking me to contact her directly, which I did and still no response. They responded to my last email “CANCEL/Arrange refund” stating they were reshipping the item, again totally disregarding my request for refund.
Do not rely on receiving good customer service. Their generic response/ IF they respond at all don’t resolve issues.
