Apparently Just another website of cowards with keyboards. Selling items that may or may not exist and then simply not responding in any coherent way to describe why your item has not arrived. They simply wait for you to go away.
I had a terrible experience with them. My item finally arrived after 3 emails and 6 weeks and it was nothing like they advertised. It was a piece of cloth without the garage hooks advertised. When I shared this with they refused for me to ship it back or get a refund and avoided any accountability.
I too just received my order from Nov 6th for a Christmas garage door cover and it took over 6 weeks to arrive and it is nothing like I expected.

After multiple emails my banner finally arrived after 5+weeks and after Christmas. The best part is I ordered a single car garage and received a double car garage and no hooks. They will do nothing for you. Offered a $5 refund…What a joke. My fault for ordering but I promised them I will be their worst nightmare if I see them advertise next year. Definitely a major scam.

SCAM
Hi. Order the Double garage door banner on the 6th of Nov. It turned up on the 28th of Dec. The banner is printed on a synthetic material, not vinyl. Included in the package, were 6 masonry picture hooks – no clamping system as mentioned in the Facebook ad or the website. I have been back and forth the last couple of weeks asking for the clamps. After going down the rabbit hole of researching the banner and clamps I have found that I could have purchased the banner from $3.75 on ebay. The clamps on the other hand are the expense item $64 from Aliexpress. So basically, I have been scammed the $64 as I don’t have the clamps.
