We have recently purchased 2 package of products that had an offer for 799 for 3 sets and we received the 1st set with all old and used products, we din open the package before making the payment finally after the delivery boy left with cash on delivery for a full payment of 1598 rs. Now we have not received the 2nd package and also the first set was used and torn with oil strains. We have no contact details or any return option. Kindly suggest how to raise a complaint on this .
