These shoes are junk, maybe $10.00, definitely not worth the $43.00 I paid.
I have just followed A B Burnzay assuraance that there will be FULL REFUND on return of theiir shoes. The shoes are junk and having sent them back to their RETURN ADDRESS on the package, they told me to have them resend to their factory address in China. A B Burnzay are not trustworthy and make false promises instill confidence but they will never give any after sale service. They are pushers and scamers. PLEASE BE AWARE, WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

Burnzay is most definitely a SCAM , I’ve paid for a pair of shoes, waited ,and waited .The fake tracking number , was the kicker, I go to the post office they tell me that no package was received. I go to the web site it says that I moved and left no forwarding address, I’ve been here for five years . the only place that I’ve gone is to work and back . If you try to contact them you continue to get a line of BULLSHIT. Until you ask for your money back, then you don’t hear from them anymore. SO Buyer be ware.
I agree with all the comments re BURNZAY. I saw the very professional looking website and found some ideal shoes for my foot issues. Unfortunately I did not check for reviews before purchasing. The shoes duly arrived 2 sizes larger than ordered and total rubbish, and no where near the quality that was advertised. Long story short I finally found a link to make a complaint to them, and the games began. I wanted a total refund however was offered 30% refund then 50% then a refund only if I sent the shoes back to China at my expense…. (duh). Do not purchase anything from BURNZAY you are just throwing your money away.

What a crappy company. I ordered two pairs of house shoes. $ 69.99.
It took over 40 days to get the product. Once I got the product The shoes would not fit tooo small. Through communication via email they told me they would take off 20%and for me to keep the product. I told them I wanted to send them back. But I found out that shipping back to China would cost $35.00. via USPS. WTF… I contacted PayPal they told me to try again and resolve. Burnzay Sh-t for company said How about 40% and you keep shoes. they told me to cancel PAYPAL and they would refund money into account. I have enough of BS. I called Paypal told them what had happened and sent they a copy of what the sent to me email…. PayPal went ful claim and refunded me my full refund. THANK YOU PAYPAL they have my back.

We ordered from riomars.com. We thought we were buying 2 pairs of riomar shoes. But riomar’s real website is riomarshoes.com. riomars.com has nothing to do with riomar shoes. The shoes we received are extremely low quality. On the website and on the order confirmation page, it is clearly stated 30 free return, 30 money back guarantee no questions ask. But we want to return, they ask us to pay shipping to China factory. This is a total scam site.
