Comforthofit is a scam. I ordered a size 8.5, was much smaller than my current size 8.5, Did not fit, They will only refund me if I pay for the return to China. They do not handle returns for sale items. Total rip off.
I purchased sneakers and wore them for an hour and there was a slight tear on the fabric of the soul. As soon as I recieved them, they seemd to be knock offs. Very cheaply made and did not receive a box, just a pair of cheap sneakers in a bag. I emailed them and let the know I wanted to return them but they said that I would need to pay for shipping back.

Shoes came without a box and with no sizing or tags. They seemed to be a couple of sizes too small, did not have a wide toe box, and there is absolutely no insert support at all. In order to get a refund, you have to pay to send them back-to China! Nowhere on the site does it say these come from China.
I finally received my shoes after a month. I couldn’t believe they didn’t arrive in a box! They also forgot the insoles I purchased. They were very cheaply made & small for the size I ordered. I just emailed them for a return, so we will see what happens.
