Never buy anything from this online retailer. They just out for your money and will happily scam you to get it.
The Doof store site looked good, so I put in an online order a month in advance of leaving Oz and was told that I’d have the items in plenty of time for Burning Man.
It took a month for them to send the order and the order came from a few different locations in China.
It arrived late and in dribs and drabs, I’d already left to go to Burning man, when I got back from the US, I was told that I wasn’t eligible to return the goods as it had been over 7 days since they arrived. Also, the sizing is all wrong the large is more like small and the small is child size.
No returns and now they just ignore my emails.

Appalling that this business is allowed to operate, in all honesty. With how many damning reviews from customers that have had experiences from having dodgy products delivered to their items just not showing up all together. I was the latter, where I ordered an item back in NOVEMBER of last year that never arrived. Despite reaching out to customer service that assured me to “check back in 24-48 hours bestie, will update tracking info for you and you should have your order in a few days” which never happened. I also got an email with an update saying the company is experiencing “cataclysmic operational issues” and were working “tirelessly” on rectifying these issues. If the business was suffering so much, then why is Doof Store still actively promoting clothing and accessories on social media, without any public service announcements? So dodgy, absolute scam artists.
