I was on the Duchiy website [https://shiresfurniture.shop] and tried to contact them to inquire about a fridge
The phone number isn’t working and after 24hrs i got a reply that my email couldn’t be forwarded
I then looked at Duchiy’s “About Us” section & found that they used the exact same wording as this website: https://www.satrang.uk/pages/about-us & they also seemed to have copied the “Privacy Policy” from that website. Their “Refund Policy” seems to be the same as the “Return Policy” from Satrang as well.
I also checked the address from the Duchiy website on Maps & it turned out to be a residential address.
In addition a friend showed me on trustpilot that there a a lot of bad reviews for them, warning that they are scammers, but unfortunately they are being posted for https://shiresfurniture.com/ which is a legitimate furniture store
