Scam. I ordered their promo 2 piece luggage on September 9 with a second set for 30% My credit card was charged same day, got an order number. September 20 tried to email the contact email they provided but their email address is not working. No other way to contact them . Tried to check my past emails for any communication from them but all I found was an email to complete my order placed Sept 8. Apparently I must have placed 2 orders, one incomplete on the 8th and one completed on the 9th. The incomplete order was acknowkedged but the completed order was not acknowledged and yet my credit card was charged. Tried to track my order on their website but alll it says is I dont have an order.Sent reply to the September 8 email informing them that the order was completed on the 9th. Sent the order number and informed them that the charge is already showing on my credit card statement. Still the reply I got was to complete my order ànd to complete will make me pay for another order. Till now I havent received the luggages I ordered on the 9th. So buyers beware. This online store í a big SCAM.. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
scam – I ordered promo luggage – never arrived – had credit card refund my money i reordered thinking maybe it just got lost coming from china – once again no luggage – DO NOT order from these people. FACEBOOK should remove all their ads immediately. they are using at least two websites – relaxationmall.com and duckmass.com both are scams
