I ordered a cheeseboard for $40.00 but didn’t receive it. No response from the company when I messaged them. I received a USB cable in the mail, and had no idea who sent it. Yesterday I checked out their Facebook page and there were several reviews that stated that people received USB cables instead of cheeseboards. This company is scamming people. Do not order anything from them.

I am online now because my cheeseboard did not arrive!

I also ordered the cheese board. After 20 days and after inquiry, I was told the address was incorrect so it was being shipped back to China. My given address was correct and they had my phone number which could have been used to contact me but they didn’t. Long story short, they offered to return US 32/- , I paid US 50/-. Of course I declined by demanding full refund for purchases that were paid for and not received. They then offered US 43/-, which I also refused. I’ve written to them again for the 4th time, waiting for their response. Also the same person does not reply. First it was Yuki, then Lynda and after that Anna. They are thieves for sure. Any tips how I can get back my money? Did you receive your refund? Thanks in Advance.

Same happened to me as well. I did manage to contact them and they said they would send replacements through a faster mail service and would take 7-30 days. It has just gone past 30 days and nothing. I have emailed them again but no reply yet. I guess I can kiss my money goodbye!!
