Galasy.com is an absolute scam, and these clowns are just out and out dirtbags and thieves. Here is my tale of woe with these clowns. I ordered 2x “Metal Rust Removal Oxide Painting Coating Removal Laser Cleaning Machine(s).” There were also a number of pics of the actual machine, and of it being used, in the website’s promo material. So that’s what I ORDERED. Here’s what I ACTUALLY RECCEIVED: 2x cheap ass black and floral patterned mini-purses, clearly of Chinese origin, judging by the style, and of a quality that would suggest that their ultimate disposition might well be that of chew toys for a bored pooch. As to resolution: as I had paid for this via a credit card, I called my credit card provider, and after two hours of my valuable time being wasted explaining, being transferred, waiting some more, then explaining myself again, FINALLY obtained a commitment to have the money that I had been stiffed for by Galasy.com returned to my credit card, which I’m told will take approximately 15 days. So, int total, after 3 weeks of waiting, I didn’t get what I ordered and now have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks to even get my money refunded…and find some other legitimate place to order the original item from, which will no doubt take another few weeks.
