I’m ordered from Hausad 1 coat ,pay 32£ all , my order was on 16 November 2022 , I’m still waiting for the item.They telling me that the order is delivered and add many issues maybe can be.They tell me to ask the neighbour or maybe some one stole the item or maybe the payment address is not same with the shipping address , no one of this is true. No any proof of delivery and evidence couriers , just items is not existing.I’m very upset of that and start to investigate we’re is my item I’m pay 1£ for trackley company to search for my item,they telling me that there is not item with this tracking number is mean the tracking number is not valid. Hausad tell me that they will refund 60% of what I’m pay because is not him fold , if is not him fold why I’m have invalid tracking number and not any proof.My trust is 0% , I should checks before I’m ordering something online,but because the money was not much for the coat I’m ordering and the coat was very beautiful and I was blind about.

I haven’t received my order, how do I check on it?

Hausad is a SCAM simply dwindling people of their hard earned money! I ordered goods and paid for them since 19th November 2022 but yet to receive the goods up till now despite the fact that they have generated a fake delivery note which they sent to me when I tried to track my order!
Ask your bank for refund. And change your credit card number. I was scammed too. I received a ring with false certificate when I never oredered a ring but ordered clothes for close to 100$. I contacted my bank, gave them this link that says this is a fraudulous site, sent then copy of my order and picture of ring recieved and the tracking number of my order and tracking number on ring package which was the same
. They refunded me. And hussad never complained. But many don’t know how to get refunded so hussad makes lots of money with their lies.
