Ordered a planter. Provided credit card info on September 25. The site says “payment pending.” I don’t know what that means – no payment or not yet accepted by VISA. I have called – “cannot call at this time” and emailed – no response. Is my credit card compromised ???
Site is a total scam.Location address is fake; the email address returns undeliverable; The web site as of the posting is no longer available. I personally was ripped off by this fake company. My package was given a tracking number and tool from China which ultimately report delivered and it was not. I have reported the company to the CA AG as well as my state AG. Also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
Home Store Design is a scam. They even provided a tracking number that was not for me. Fed Ex did have the tracking number that has delivery information with no address and a signed by name that is not mine and the fed ex weight was not even close to what I should have received.
