Website will send the item. My item did not fit. I sent them 9 emails requesting the return address fir a credit and they don’t send it even thought there is a satisfaction guarantee on their website. I also posted a 1 star review and their technology removed it immediately
I was promised delivery of a jacket between 11/23 and 12/28. It is now 12/14 and still not here. They overcharged me by $13.00 with the excuse it was a glitch in their system. I requested a refund many times only to be told they cannot since it already shipped. I keep getting tracking that it shows the shipment in Italy then U.S. then in China then back in U.S. I finally disputed the charge with my bank just 2 days ago.
