I ordered a ninja dual air fryer on 23 September 2022 for £220 and have not received my order. All emails have been ignored
I also have ordered a ninja. Air fryer.they have taken my money and I can’t get through to them.
I bought my ninja on the 22nd September and I have not received it. They sent me a tracking number and the air fryer is in Nottingham allegedly
The website is a scam site. I managed to cancel my Bank transfer the same day. Lloyds issued the refund. No website will confirm an order and then want payment via bank transfer.. Ninja Air-fryers are sold out everywhere and demand is high after being heavily promoted in the press. This company does not have any but wants to take you money by means that you are unable to claim back after it’s been processed. It’s a Scam.
Also for this site to say it is trusted reflects terribly on it. Don’t trust anything apart from you own judgement. If there is one problem, walk away.
I ordered a Tower air fryer for £80.50. I was asked to pay for it by bank transfer, which I did. My bank check said it was safe. As others have found i am unable to get through to the company via email, phone and text. I’m really worried reading other people’s experiences.

I also ordered an airfryer on 1st October. Supposed to be here within 5 days no sign of it and not responded to the four emails I have sent. No answer to the calls made. I am reporting this to the Police and will initiate civil proceedings.
