I ordered 2 dresses, did receive them in about 35 days, the material is not what the said, but I like it anyway. The dresses are too small, I cannot find a way or address to exchange them, if I could get the correct fit, I would order from them again, if anyone know a way to return them please contact me, [email protected]
I can also not figure out how to reach them. I think I will just blast them with negative comments on Facebook.
I also bought a dress and top from lsoru. I got them in 21 days. The clothes were made well but the quality of the material used was very very poor. I was told the clothing was made in S. C. I will never order from them again. Money wasted.😢
I ordered a dress which was not what i expected from the facebook site. The quality of the material was poor. When I asked for a refund and how to return the product, i was at first offered $5, then because i said that was unacceptable, they offered $15 and the next email offered $20 and said I could keep the dress. To return it, it was going to have to be sent to Dubai which would be very expensive. I will not be ordering from this company again.
I ordered three tops ($107) and waited 21days for them. The fit and material were off so wrote to customer service right away asking to return for refund. Big bold box on home page of website says free returns and exchanges. The reply was I could keep tops and they would refund me $15. I refused and second email was offer for a refund of $32 and keep tops. I have started a fraud claim with my credit card company. They advertise all clothing made in SC but the package says made in china and billing is in London.
Same exact thing happened to me, ordered 2 dresses, weird fabric. Did not look like photo of dresses. One was so ugly, i finally found an email contact stating “east returns” and was told they only refund for damaged items.same offers of $7, then $14, kept saying I wanted full refund as they advertised, and then they said, fine, but u have to pay to ship to Dubai. I finally said, well u got me, send me the $14 (of which I paid $29) I cant even give away one dress “too ugly, sooo unflattering!!! Such a shame cause the photos suck you in, very cute clothing, no exchanges or returns! WOW!!!
