I made the mistake of purchasing from this website without doing my homework first.
Not experienced with purchasing wigs, I thougt their, 3 wigs for $59.99 special, was a great opportunity to try their product. There were great reviews, 100% Money-Back Guarantee and Free Refund, plus it was advertised on the Weather app, which I trusted.
After receiving my order confirmation. Three days later, I received a shipped email. When I couldn’t track the package with the tracking number, I immediately got a red flag. That’s when I looked them up and saw reports of likely a scam. I be scammed… what?
I’d always done my research and because of it, I’d never been scammed. Just goes to show you cannot let your guard down. I immediately notify my cc company to dispute the charge. Meanwhile, I contacted Motemhair customer service. They said that they could only track the package and to be patient. It arrived 10 days later. Putting it nicely the wigs were not as claimed and a waste of money. I told customers what I thought about the wigs and requested a refund.

For sure, if you don’t like the product, you can return it, but return shipping is expensive（About $50-$100）, there is other proposal:
What do you think we refund 30%（NOT include shipping costs） to you, then you don’t need return the wig.

You advertise 100% Money-Back Guarantee and Free Returns and now you’re saying I have to pay the shipping cost to return or receive a 30% refund. To make claims and not honor them is nothing short of FRAUD. I am requesting that you give me a full refund and you pay the shipping cost, if you want me to mail them back. The Brazilian Black Glueless Straight Hair is not Brazilian, 100% Human, extra thick, nor shed free as claimed. It is thin, stiff, sheds and I can’t comb through it. The curly wigs DO Not look like the photos. The Remy Curly looks and feels like a clown wig and the Bob Curly is stiff and wiry. This is my last attempt to settle this issue with your company. If you don’t honor your guarantees, I will dispute the charge and the whole world will know about my complaints.
