I already ordered from them and haven’t received anything
I ordered 2 pairs of boots, got a ring instead. Ordered on Sept 28th and just got it yesterday. Customer care days the warehouses are backed up. If u have tracking info, try that. Mine came from Yanwen, China. Took a week just to get to port of departure.
Good luck. Don’t forget you can email them. The email came back invalid yesterday but got another one from them today that explained what happened.

IT IS A SCAM
Same here .. got a tracking no that my order was delivered (ordered multiple items) received a ring with a GRA CERTIFICATE. Responded to the email and was told basically the same as above… volume shipping issue and they searched and found my order went to another customer and to apologize I could keep the rings told I’d get a refund 7-10 days but the sender of the email is hidden so I’ll wait to see if the refund happens. I’m not counting on it .
I ordered from this company and received a ring from them that I did NOT ordered. They say my package was delivered, but it was not. TOTAL SCAM. Don’t like the ring and it’s not worth what I paid for my order. Don’t know to get my money back.
You CAN email them but they don’t respond. I ordered four pair of boots in September. Tracking is all kinds of messed up. I’m livid. The tracking they sent me weighed 3ounces at my local post office. The PM told me this happens way too often. It’s a big scam. I’m out a lot of money so don’t even bother with the insurance
I also ordered a ring form a Facebook Market place ad – A Vikanda Thermogenic Spinner ring – also associated with a page called A dog in my life.
I received a ring from Yi Tong at the same address, however it is a standard, static non-spinner ring for which I have no use!!!! They will not respond to any of my emails . I have sent ultimatums, I have sent photos of what I received and screenshots of my order. I am now on a quest to spam every ad and response to other people that I see from them as Facebook reporting is as useful as spikes on a pillow! You can only ‘report’ it – not actually say why – so on face value – Facebook won’t see the problem. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM A FACEBOOK SPONSORED AD – ALL COMPLETE SCAMSTERS AND SHONKS!! HAD TOO MANY DODGIES!
