I ordered on November 24, 2022. Now is December 28, 2022 and I haven’t received any information about my package. I too, got the shoe rack, paid about $56 for it. What I realized after purchasing, there were no follow up email about the transaction not even an order number. I am trying to find a way to contact them or I will try to get my money back some how. One more thing, a weird thing. I received a small package with new toothbrushes inside. Seems weird to me, and I never ordered it but when I check the shipping information it’s similar to the information I ordered with them. So don’t trust this website. I wish have known before buying. This is my first time being scam like this. But I am really interested in those shoe racks and how does they get there reviews, since it seems people do receive them. I don’t understand that.
