the shoes did finally get here. Took six weeks. The web site says they are made in the USA but were shipped from Wuhan china and yes, they are pretty cheap. Definitely NOT American made. I doubt I will send them back,, to much trouble, but will never purchase from them again
I ordered a pair of shoes in Nov. 5th 2022. After 22 days, I have not received my shoes though the website promised I could get it less than twenty days. It said made in US, but the shoes came from China according to the shipping record. I am still waiting. I sent two emails to their helping site, both emails were returned and said the address not found.
They charged my credit card account on 11/13. Sent two emails, no response. If I don’t here from them by 12/13, I’m going to tell my credit card it’s fraud and let them sort it out so I get my money back. Sad to here they’re made in China who has the worst quality in the world.
Ordered November 17th 2022. They promis 20 day shipment from the U.S. Looked like they were supposed to come from California. That is a lie. Email to them resulted in a “please be patient, Covid yadda yadda yadda. Tracking shows they are in the states November 30. Today is December 9th. Don’t believe shipping times. To quote Han Solo, ” I got a bad feeling about this. I’d say give this company a big pass over. They have lied about too many things.
Ordered two pairs of shoes “made in USA”. They were delivered today two weeks later but were two different sizes, neither of them my size. The shoes themselves are made in China and sent from China.They are of poor quality. When I emailed the support address, my email bounced back saying the address, [email protected], did not exist. I then tried the London phone number for 27/7 support but it does not exist either. The real clue is in the London address which is based at Fake Street, London, which turns out to be an address which has numerous fake suppliers – clue is in the name! Clearly, this is a Chinese scam. Don’t trust them.
