Just filed a complaint with the FTC about this company. My purchase was never delivered and the order page has been replaced with a 404 PAGE UNAVAILABLE!
Placed order on 10/6/22. Got confirmation and order number but have received no merchandise. Says can’t locate order number.
I was come by this company as well since October 11th 2022 I place an order $40 worth they don’t have a phone number they don’t refund you and they don’t send your item that you order this is fraudulent on a scam and they still running and stealing from people and no one is doing anything about this this is so shame they stole my money and they never sent my package I’m still waiting they have a fake email and no phone number to contact
I placed an order on October 21st and it never shipped. When I inquired the shipping status, the response (which came a week after my inquiry) said that “Please contact your payment provider for a refund. We were unable to refund you, as our system is down.” I have now disputed this payment and plan to file a complaint with FTC and BB.
Planters home is fraudulent and a scam site, do not buy anything from them. I bought hanging flower pots from them, they charged me for them but never shipped the items. They do not have a phone number and their email address is fake.
I ordered a plant shelves October 23 but never received order. No phone number and nor number. Scammers!!!
This website is fake. It’s a compilation of info from other websites. After my purchase they sent confirmation email, took my money from the debit card I supplied, then immediately disappeared the next day. For several days they had no website, then a new one appeared with all new items for sale. No one responds to emails or phone calls. Can’t believe they are back at it and no one has stopped them. Today they are still up and running.
This is the same thing that has happened to me. I placed an order on Oct. 21 – it was confirmed and the money transferred and nothing has arrived and I get no response from the multiple emails I have sent. What a scam!!! I am going to file a complaint as well and dispute the payment!
I ordered a plant stand October 19, 2022. It is now December 6 and I have not received my plant stand. Have no way to contact them, no phone number or email address or any address. I am disputing charge with credit card company. They are checking into it. This is a definite scam!
I also ordered a plant stand from them in October. Its December now. I have YET to receive my order. I have been emailing them since with no response. Paid them over 40 dollars and I have heard nothing from them since.
Planters home is a fraud. Placed order on 11/19, then received an order # via email. Items were never received. Sent 3 emails inquiring about shipment date, no response to any emails. Received my cc bill yesterday and the charge is on my bill.

I too have been scammed. Ordered item on 10/18/22, cc charged 10/19/22. Never received. Filled complaint with Citibank. They credited my account, then contacted PlantersHome. PlantersHome sent copy of cc transaction, Citibank rescinded credit. No proof of delivery. Merchant phone number given not in service. Complaint still open with Citibank.
I also ordered a plant stand in Oct 2022, never rec it. Emailed several times, never received a response. Can’t find phone #
I think a class action lawsuit applies here. If anyone is interested on doing so, please comment here.
