Prachiworld.in website review: is it real or fake?

Ipsita

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items at huge discounts, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores. One such new online store is the prachiworld.in website.

This is because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent.

So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

What is the prachiworld.in website?

Prachiworld.in website is an online website. It sells kitchenware, chairs, dry fruits, and many other things. It portrays a lot of items at a hugely discounted price. Most of the products on this website are under Rs. 300. However, this is very unrealistic. People are attracted to these prices and rush to buy them without any prior information about the website.

How does this website work?

The owner of this website is very clever. It is actually a scam website. In order to snatch money away from the pockets of people, it has a strategy. There is an option of online payment here along with Cash On Delivery (COD). The people who pay online are mere fools. This is because their money goes to waste and they do not receive any products.

But there are people who prefer the COD option. They order products and wait eagerly for their products to arrive. When the delivery boy gives them the packages, they pay the money. But they do not open the packages before paying. When they open the packages, they remain shocked to see that they have received torn and worn products. They become enraged. But it is too late. They have nothing to do.

Points to prove that the prachiworld.in website is fake

  • The company’s address is provided on its Contact Us page as 54, Adarsh Market, Surat, 395011. Google Maps can’t find the exact match of this address, so we can’t verify its physical location. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
  • Its email address i.e. [email protected] is a free email address but not its domain-specific one.
  • It is claiming to sell various products at unrealistic heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites show such huge discounts to attract people into their scams.
  • Lots of details are provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.
  • It has a Refund/Cancellation Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.
  • The customer support, as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site, is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

  2. I ordered 10 kg Ratnagiri Alfonso mangoes on 6 April 2022 and paid Rs 646.64 including GST (Rs 98.64) and Delivery carges (Rs 99 FOR delivery with in 24 hours). Did receive an email stating your order has been received and is being processed. But have received no delivery. They have not given any phone number in their website.
Shocking!! But I got trapped just because of the genuine paymeny gateway that PAYTM HAS PROVIDED THEM WITH. It is only because of the Paytm gateway that I got fooled. Dosn’t PATm and other payment processors do proper KYC before providing their online payment gateway to wbsites???

  4. They are providing all range of mangoes infact all mango types comes in different times like first big yellow colored 🥭 ( Chausa) will come in market, then chausa , then hapus, Langdale. How come they are providing all mango varieties in one go without season. Address is fake, prices are unrealistic, In this time April month mango hasn’t come into markets and the price of Mangoes are 100 to 120 rs. Per kg then gradually it comes down.

Think before sending a rupee to these kind of websites not only you will lose your money but your data is also at risk.

  10. Prachiworld is a fake company. I got fooled for Rs. 584 paid for 10 kg mangoes.
Why there is no action against this company after so many people are cheated? Aren’t the web portal displaying their ad responsible for still displaying their ad & more people are getting fooled.
