Total Scam they take money from hardworking people and have no regard for others.
Got my money back, as I paid by visa it is a scam
Total SCAM . I thought I was buying DeWalt Electrical equipment from ROPEAN but they then tout a small box of what I describe as Christmas cracker toys and tat in an egg box size box .
Complain to them directly and They try to settle by offering you upto 50% refund , go to your bank or card provider and request a Full Refund as items sent are not as advertised. I had a full refund from Co-operativebank .
They use a warehouse base in Birmingham to send out tat then say it’s come from China to scam you out of postage costs. Part of a Martins / China Railway Logistics company but use several names including ROPEAN to scam people .
