Scam business. Their business address if a vacant for sale/lease suite currently listed by LJ Hooker Perth who have never heard of Teddyshop.au.
Return email received in the middle of the night without direct answers to questions.
They claim a 4-9 day delivery time within au but it’s been 3 days and my order status still says nothing has been done.
Also they say they are in Perth but the transaction went through to another company name in Melbourne.
If it’s not a scam, they are useless so either way save yourself the hassle.

Definitely a scam! I have ordered more than 15 days ago and the order starts says still in progress. Will try get my money back. Should have known by the looks of the website. Well hope other people will research before they order. Thanks for getting it out there.
I ordered something 16 days ago. There is no sign of delivery. On their website the status of my order is ‘picking’. I don’t know what it means as I had paid for delivery.
Oh bugger. I am reading others comments and it looks like the same scenario as what I am experiencing. I had made an order back on tge 28th December, it is now 19th February. When I did check my order status I also received the picking notification, which means it is still in the warehouse. I emailed them and they made some excuse that they had a system glitch and that the order would be delivered with 7 – 8 days that was 2 weeks ago.
It is very disgusting that these industries can get away with it in Australia.
