I purchased from Tightarely. The “deal” was to get a discount if you buy two items. I bought two sweater sets, white and navy, the same item, just different colors.
First issue was I purchased and paid for two items, they provided a receipt. The next day, after I checked my PayPal account, I discovered a charge that was $18.93 more than what I approved. I contacted Husdow Technology Co., Limited immediately with this concern. They said this is the amount of tax they were charged. Be as it may, it’s not ok to charge me EXTRA without my knowledge and consent. They refunded $18.93 in 4 days.
The items were being shipped from Italy, and arrived FOUR weeks later. This was unusually long wait time. The White sweater set was not of a great quality but it was acceptable. However, the navy pants were two inches too short. I measured, took a picture, requested a refund. First they wanted me to send them a picture of the SKU QR code. Then, in the next 12 emails exchange, they kept saying infuriating things like:
Thanks for your email. We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But as we shipment department checked, the item you received is correct.
We checked it with our warehouse and it is the one you ordered.
