I received my shoes, marked as my size, but they didn’t fit…they were at least a whole size too small. I sent a message to creativecraft as required. After 4 emails back and forth and a lot of double talk on their part ….such as ” you should have ordered the right size” what!? They finally said I should keep the shoes, that I can’t wear, and they would give me a 20% refund. That’s $8. Never again!
I bought two pair of shoes from them. The website looked legit and they said all the right things like money back guaranteed and Hassel free returns etc. Well I got the shoes and they are so cheap! They didn’t feel good on my feet and I wrote [email protected] and 17 emails later of I only get 20 percent back refund! I’m so angry. When I confronted them about the website promises, they said I get a refund but I have to send it back to them first and to ship it to CHINA!! Worst company
