A scam. Goods delivered look and feel dreadful quality. Website says “Easy Returns”, while in reality they did everything they could to avoid accepting return, but fortunately I paid with Paypal and forced their hands within Paypal’s buyer protection policy. Then they gave a false/undeliverable address in Hongkong as return address. Fortunately I posted with recorded signed for, with photos of everything, which meant Paypal had no choice but to refund in full and to refund return postage. AVOID.
The same thing happened to me, poor quality and ugly clothes.
The return policy is misleading. The customer service person was entertaining me for 2 weeks not to make the return, in the end, I had to accept the refund for half of my order and lose my money. I can use the clothes, because remember me the scam, they ended up in the trash.
I’m SO DISAPPOINTED in this fake business!! I ordered 3 shirts and it took over six weeks for the order to be delivered. The shirts were all made of CHEAP fabric and were very poorly manufactured. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a refund from them. I even sent pictures as they requested. I’m sure I won’t get my money back because of the service I have received so far. The shirts are going to the trash! I can’t believe I was too ignorant to realize this operation was a sham.
