I ordered two Christmas trees. Ferris wheel and a remote control. I emailed them several times when they replied they just said its on its way. Ice since informed my bank to raise a dispute.
Ok so I was scammed by this company but I am going to tell you how I got my money back from my bank. So I initially filed a fraud charge on this after many emails and attempts to get either my product or my money back. So they sent me a tracking that showed my product went to a totally different state, however the information they gave my bank was a totally different tracking number than I had. I had the bank send me all the information they got from that company. I called the USPS and spoke with a lady there she was not able to tell me the address that was associated with the tracking number however she was able to tell me that it was not my address or information on the tracking they gave me, however the tracking they gave my bank did have my name on it, however the only thing that was the same was the city state and zip code. So I had USPS send me an email stating that this information was not mine and did not match my information and I sent that to my bank along with all the emails I had with the company and my bank investigated and found that this was fraud and refunded my money. I know this is alot to go through to get your money back but if enough people stand up to this company and fight to get your money back, maybe we can get this company stopped and shut down.
