Sir, I got trapped due to discounted products offered by the online shopping site Nutronmart in their Shop. I searched for consumable items on google and one company popped up on google all the time by offering discounted products and attracting consumers.
I ordered different items including food like Horlicks Chocolate Delight 1 Kg, All Out Ultra Refill: 6×45 Ml, Good Knight Gold Flash (1 Machine + 2 Refills X 45 Ml): 1 Unit, Home Mate Naphthalene Ball 200 Gm *2, Fine Life Air Freshener Block Sandal (75g), Baygon Mosquito & Fly Killer Spray 400 ml and many.
All having at a cost of Rs 1016 and I paid Rs 1016 online through Airtel payment bank. but no progress regarding my order has been made by them. I contacted so many times through WhatsApp and by mail, as the company has not provided any mobile or telephone number in their “contact us menu”.
But I got no response from them either by mail or on WhatsApp. I got trapped due to discounted products it offered. Also, the company has made its website very well. and it has made its mobile app also. Kindly help me in getting my money back from the online Nutronmart site.
