Unfortunately, I read your review too late, I had already ordered a pair of shoes. They looked good and were priced great. Unfortunately, now 10 days later nothing has been delivered, the tracking number they gave us does not relate to any of 5 US delivery services, and Paypal has already paid for the shoes. Not at all Joe – there is a translation tab so if you don’t read Chinese you can translate to English, The turn around time is approx – depending on where in the U.S. live ( I’m in Queens) is 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and you should see your tracking withing 2 weeks – or just write to them – they will reply back.
Same thing here buddy, paid with Paypal and it been over 2weeks, this a bogus company and if they are legit at the very least they are unprofessional.
I placed a order with them for their comfort sneakers and received them in approx 2 1/2 weeks. They initially came from China then California then directly to me. They are as comfortable as advertised. I would, however caution that if you need orthotics – supply your own as their insert is at best marginal – other than that a fantastic by for the price paid.
Do not do business with Tartepl, return/refund policy is not guaranteed as stated on order confirmation you receive. It states “30-day satisfaction guarantee with Money Back – if you’re not satisfied with your products we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.” Well my order was received with a damaged shoe. I contacted them and they are only willing to offer a 30% refund. Shoes have never been worn and were damaged upon receipt. Another thing the quality is poor at best, cheap made shoes and high smell of plastic. Buyer be warned do not buy from this company!
I agree. I ordered a pair of walking shoes using my normal sizing. The shoes that arrived were too large. After contacting them for an exchange or refund, they offered me a 30% (then 50%) refund and keep the shoes. They did say I could get 100% but I have to return the shoes and pay the shipping ($18-$24). This still isn’t resolved.
Under no circumstances should you do business with this company. I purchased three pair at what I thought was a reasonable price. After a while the shoes arrived from Los Angeles. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size. Size 40 (Europe) 7.5 Men’s US, when mens US 8.5 was ordered. Just as in the case of the last commenter, they offered 30, then 50% refund and I would keep the wrong sized shoes. This was not acceptable. Tartepl through their customer service contractor, offered for me to return the shoes to China or receive the 50% refund. Neither was acceptable so a chargeback was lodged. Their return policy is a joke, having to return the incorrect sized shoes to China. All I wanted was the correct sized shoes.
Do not order from here, same issue gf above, sent the wrong size and then only would give 40% off to keep the shoes OR pay shipping fee to return. Very deceptive operation do not buy
Don’t purchase from them. I never received my order. Have contacted them, All I get is we have assigned a ticket to one of our technicians, who will be working on the issue.
I agree, haven’t receive mines either and it been over 2 weeks.
I myself has order two pair of shoes that I have not been able to track from the bogus tracking number that I was given. PayPal paid for it already and it’s been over 2weeks I strongly recommend not to do business with this company. I was on Facebook when I seem their advertisement. I have report them to PayPal whom I presume is more experience than me to deal with them.
