Hi there, Ordered a Derila pillow on 1st July and it was delivered today 11th. This was in the the timeframe stated by the company, that is 4-12 days for Europe, the Middle East and Africa addresses. After I placed the order I received a phone call from the company thanking me for the order and offering addidtional items. I did not take up any of these offers.
They have devious practices. I mistakenly added 2 pillowcases to my order that I did not need and thought I removed them from my basket. When I realized I had paid for them anyway I tried to cancel within a minute or less. Called the company, went through PayPal to no avail despite their website saying you could change the order if you contacted them within 24 hours. Now my order is here and to return it they will take 15% restocking fee (on $187) plus they have to be mailed back to Lithuania. Worst $187 I ever spent. AND they are mini pillows, not full-size!!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! Scam Scam Scam.
